who we are
Fluff & Fold Laundromat has been a north Modesto fixture for 25+ years. Beginning as a coin self-serve only store, over the last 10 years a robust wash/dry/fold service has grown to serve Modesto. In late 2019 the store came under new ownership and is undergoing a rebranding and remodeling process. Immediately after changing ownership COVID-19 tested the vision of what the new F & F would look like. We responded by being a leader in frequent sanitation procedures. We also launched a new pickup & delivery service to assist those that needed to stay isolated to still have access to clean laundry. Going forward Fluff & Fold has a refreshed focus on providing the best experience for our customers so you feel that you get the best value for your money.
Our new core values revolve around treating people right, inviting customer feedback, and providing a light, bright, & clean space that feels comfortable.
The new owners: Mike & Leslie come from backgrounds in healthcare, real estate, food service, and emergency services, and are using their experience in public service to revamp the way Fluff & Fold customers are taken care of. They have a vision to increase the services offered, and improve and implement systems that provide a safe and reliable laundry experience. They’re always busy improving while at the store, but never too busy to stop and chat!
